Our stay exceeded expectations. The king suite with balcony was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with generous portions. Convenient location near attractions and nice restaurants. Staff super friendly, special thanks to Paolo for going above and beyond.

That it took a few minutes for hot water to come out of the shower. everything was great!

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with recommendations and information on local transportation. Breakfast was delicious and it was a nice treat to have it served in my room.

Upon arrival, We were greeted warmly by the kind staff. Our room was elegant and clean, with luxurious facilities such as an exclusive outdoor dining area and private bathroom. In-room breakfast exceeded our expectations and was served with exceptional service. the location was perfect - close enough to walk to all the attractions but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful environment.

It took almost two days to fix it, leaving us to shower with cold water.

This hotel is a gem. the room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities, and a comfortable bed that provided a quality sleep. the staff were attentive, providing an impressive service which exceeded my expectations. the in-room breakfast was a delight, with many options of special diet menus. the private facilities were exclusive and their cleanliness was impeccable. the venue is situated in a great location, with many location advantages, surrounded by attractions that offer a unique experience to the visitors.

The only downside I found was the dusty wooden floors, which could have been dusted more meticulously. Although I must say that housekeeping did a good job overall.

The bathroom in the room had a broken plug and the shower holder was not tight enough, making it inconvenient to take a shower. the room was quite dark and there was noise from the reception desk, hallway, and kitchen starting early in the morning.
